Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:
  • Intimate apparel
  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via our (Contact Us page) to request a return authorization. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Prepare the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation and a note explaining the reason for the return.
3. Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow  5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same steps as for a return and place a new order for the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
